L’Ambiance Condominium

Max Tallent Corp was retained to manage the design, planning, and coordination of a large multi-phase renovation of the public spaces within an occupied condominium building on Fort Lauderdale Beach. MTC developed the project concept and scope, prepared presentations for the condominium residents, and successfully guided the proposal through the building approval and voting process. The work included creating a comprehensive construction plan outlining phasing, scheduling, logistics, access, contractor coordination, and sequencing of work throughout the building. Particular attention was given to completing the project efficiently within an active residential environment while minimizing disruption to residents and maintaining safe, usable common areas throughout construction. This 6,000 sq ft project included the Foyer, Lobby, Party Room and Bar, Card Room, Billiard Room, Elevators and Elevator Lobby areas.
