Max Tallent Corp completed a second-floor balcony expansion at this Lighthouse Point residence, connecting two existing balconies to create a continuous outdoor living area overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The project included structural modifications to support a new floating balcony, precise tile installation, new electrical work above and below the balcony, and custom glass railings spanning the rear of the home. The completed work improved both the function and appearance of the second-floor exterior while giving the homeowners a larger space to enjoy the waterfront views.
