Max Tallent Corp completed a full interior and exterior renovation of this Lighthouse Point residence, including a second-floor addition and major structural changes to open and reconfigure the first-floor living spaces. The project featured a completely redesigned kitchen, new stairs and windows, a custom wine cooler with illuminated quartzite and floating glass bottle displays, and the creation of a new second-floor office. A new primary suite sitting area was designed with expansive glass to create the feeling of floating above the Intracoastal Waterway while taking in the views. Exterior improvements included new pavers, driveway, pool, and a complete redesign of the surrounding outdoor areas, resulting in a fully transformed waterfront home.
