Rio Vista Fort Lauderdale

Max Tallent Corp completed a full interior renovation of this three-story Rio Vista residence while also redesigning and reconstructing the property’s exterior landscape. Inside, the work included custom cabinetry and vanities, stair reconfiguration with new handrails and balusters, new finishes and fixtures, and the replacement of a living room window with a sliding door system to create direct access to the backyard. On the third floor, new wall moldings were designed to conceal multiple hidden doors, while exposed ceiling trusses were clad to add architectural interest and make the space feel larger. Outside, the entire property was redesigned with a reshaped pool, a new guest walkway, a sunken rear yard with integrated LED lighting for added privacy, and the addition of a custom sauna and deck, resulting in a highly customized home designed around both function and character.
