Sea Ranch Lakes

Nestled within the private village of Sea Ranch Lakes, between the Intracoastal Waterway and the beaches of Fort Lauderdale, this residence was reimagined to better reflect the rhythm of its new owners’ lives. What began as an already high-end home was carefully reshaped with one-of-a-kind architectural moments and spaces designed for both everyday comfort and large family gatherings.

Outdoors, a new loggia creates a natural extension of the home, bringing together generous seating, dining, an outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, and a longer, more contemporary pool framed by updated South Florida landscaping. Inside, walls were moved and rooms rebalanced to create a more thoughtful sense of flow, while a substantial addition made room for a dramatic feature kitchen with architectural windows, an expansive island, and a relaxed breakfast area. The primary bathroom was conceived as a quiet retreat, with custom groin-vaulted ceilings finished in artisanal plaster and a secluded outdoor bathing space designed for soaking beneath the night sky. In the main living room, a raised ceiling with exposed wood beams and tongue-and-groove detailing introduces a subtle Caribbean influence and a sense of warmth overhead. Throughout the home, the renovation balances refinement with ease, giving the property a more personal, expressive character while remaining grounded in the relaxed beauty of its coastal setting.
