Max Tallent Corp completed a commercial renovation for the City of Sunrise to correct an existing flooding issue caused by improperly pitched flooring. The work included removing the existing tile, re-grading and re-pitching the floor, and installing new drainage systems to properly control and redirect water flow. New tile and finish work were then installed to restore the space and complete the renovation.
